So today is my husband’s 29th birthday and I’m wondering where in the heck the last 5 years went! We’ve been together for almost 12 years now and it has FLOWN by. Just wanted to take this opportunity to say I love him and wish him the best birthday ever!

Had to share this with everyone. My 3 year old came and asked if I would let him watch his Batman DVD when we got home today. I told him we would watch it tomorrow and he says, “but I’ll let you be my friend.” What do you say to that?! And he was soooo cute when he said it!
My littlest one, the ten month old, started with a new babysitter this week and can I say…. I LOVE her! He is definitely getting more attention and he’s so happy when I pick him up!
So I watched Sunday nights episode of True Blood last night… can I officially say I am ADDICTED to this show?! I started watching when a friend at work suggested the show. I’m into the whole vampire thing… loved Anne Rice books as a teenager and into the Twilight stuff as well, so I thought I’d give it a shot. That was about a month ago and I haven’t missed an episode yet! Then I found out the show was based on a book series and guess what…. I’ve read three of the books in two days! I hope I can be this enthusiastic about my school work this coming semester….

So I decided to jump on the blogging bandwagon today… like I have all this spare time in my life! I wanted a way to share the cute things my kids say, the crazy things I get into daily, and the general goings on in my life. I work for a utility company and have the pleasure of disconnecting accounts when the bills aren’t paid…. needless to say I have a stressful job. I am hoping the process of blogging daily will help me unwind and be kind of fun!
Here’s a little info about me…
I’m 26 years old and happily married. I have known my husband since we were both in middle school and we began dating in high school. We’ve been together for the last 12 years, married for almost seven of them. We’ve got two little boys, one is almost four and the other will be one in October.
